She manages a team that oversees contract compliance to ensure cost controls and contractor performance metrics. Internally, the team provides oversight to Transmission Operations’ capital and maintenance budgets and provides field accounting support. Katie’s team was formed in 2021 to improve on construction business processes and provide analytics to make data driven decisions. The Business Operations team built a robust and customized KPI system that includes invoicing and change order systems, onboarding templates, end to end RFP process, and many more customized business solutions.\nKatie first joined Oncor in 2014 in Supply Chain, Sourcing & Procurement working as a buyer for 5 years mostly focused on sourcing for risk mitigation and negotiating master service agreements. She rounds out her supply chain experience in warehousing and logistics during her time running the family business, an international supplier to the broom, brush and mop industry. Katie Pelton graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelors in Accounting & Finance.\n
