The pots are calling… are you answering? Team entries for Battle for the Paddle are officially open! Grab your crew, fire up the burners, and get ready to stir up some serious competition at this St. Patrick’s Day–themed cook-off benefiting United Way Southwest Louisiana.

Bragging rights, crowd favorites, and bold flavors are all on the line—along with a whole lot of fun for a great cause.

Event Highlights

• Team-based Jambalaya & Pastalaya cook-off competition
• Live music by local favorite The Flamethrowers
• Kids Zone fun for all ages
• Green beer and St. Patrick’s Day festivities
• People’s Choice awards and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place paddles

Schedule

• Cooking Teams: Begin at 9:00 AM and cook throughout the day
• Live Music & Kids Zone: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

No ticket is required to enjoy the live concert or the Kids Zone. Both are free and open to the public.
