Join us for the 2026 Dow Chemical Fishing Tournament, a premier saltwater fishing event benefiting United Way Galveston County Mainland. Gather your crew for a day of friendly competition, networking, great food, raffle prizes, and community support along the Texas Gulf Coast.

This annual tournament features four-angler teams competing across multiple fish categories, with cash payouts awarded to top teams and anglers. Participants will also enjoy lunch provided by Topwater Grill and the opportunity to win exciting raffle prizes generously donated by sponsors.

Tournament Details

Location: Topwater Grill, 815 Avenue O, San Leon, TX 77539

Event Schedule

• 6:00 AM – Fishing begins (No check-in required)
• 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM – Official weigh-in with Fish-in-Hand at Topwater Grill
• 2:00 PM – Final weigh-in deadline (participants must be in line with fish in hand)
• 3:00 PM – Awards ceremony, raffle drawings, and prize presentations

Fishing Categories & Cash Payouts

5-Fish Stringer

Teams may submit a 5-fish stringer consisting of Trout, Flounder, and Slotted Redfish. Maximum of two slotted redfish allowed per stringer.

• 1st Place Team – $1,000
• 2nd Place Team – $500

Heaviest Redfish

• 1st Place – $400
• 2nd Place – $200

Heaviest Speckled Trout

• 1st Place – $400
• 2nd Place – $200

Heaviest Flounder

• 1st Place – $400
• 2nd Place – $200
