What You Need to Register

  • Esri Events Account: Create or sign in to your Esri Events account to access registration,
    the event portal, and the Esri Events mobile app.
  • Customer Number: Have your customer number available before registering.
    Contact Esri registration support if you need assistance locating it.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received after June 15, 2026, will forfeit 50% of the registration fee. Registrants who cancel after June 29, 2026, or do not attend the conference, will forfeit the entire registration fee.

Registration substitutions may be made at any time. If Esri cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded. Please note that canceling your conference registration does not automatically cancel any hotel or housing reservations.
