Capital project delivery is evolving rapidly. The 2026 CII Global AWP+ Conference brings together industry leaders and practitioners to examine how Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), Project Production Management (PPM), Lean, digital technologies, and other proven practices can work together to improve project delivery.

This Construction Industry Institute (CII) event is presented in partnership with the Lean Construction Institute (LCI), Project Production Institute (PPI), and Advanced Project Delivery Association (APDA).

Advancing Project Delivery Through Better Decisions

The conference focuses on moving beyond individual tools and processes toward more integrated approaches to capital project delivery.
