COVID-19 Update

AFPM is excited to welcome you back in person safely to our 119^thAnnual Meeting.  We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic, variants, CDC guidelines, city/state regulations, and venue practices. Due to the changing nature of these restrictions and requirements, AFPM will release official safety protocols two weeks prior to the conference that all staff and attendees must follow while present at the conference.

AFPM 2022 San Antonio Texas

The petrochemical industry is the heart and soul of Texas City and La Marque. It defines what we do and where we live. The number of direct jobs in major industry is in the thousands, but there are many more thousands of indirect jobs that exist here as a result of our local industrial partners.

Co-sponsored by the City of Texas City – Economic Development Corporation, Marathon Petroleum and the Texas City-La Marque Chamber of Commerce, this Trade Show is focused on making connections. Meeting new contacts and reconnecting with clients is what this day is all about. 

Tickets to the Trade Show are complimentary for company representatives who want to do business with others in the Texas City-La Marque industrial sector.  Tickets are available at the entrance to the Trade Show, inside the Doyle Convention Center.

The Chamber is proud to support and promote commerce in the Texas City-La Marque community!

The Industrial Trade Show is hosted by the Texas City-La Marque Chamber and Texas City Economic Development Corporation. It is designed to increase local B2B business by providing a place where contractors and vendors can set up displays and distribute information about current products and services. Potential buyers, including large corporations from the Galveston County area, are invited. The trade show typically draws 700-800 attendees including petrochem site managers and key personnel.  In 2021 during the pandemic, the crowd still reached 600.  This year’s crowd size is expected to top that!

EXHIBITOR BOOTHS
Exhibit spaces are offered to Chamber members on a first-come first-served basis. The exhibitor fee includes a 10 ft. x 10 ft. space (single) with one covered/skirted table, two chairs, drapes around the sides, and a small sign. (Double spaces are available).The exhibitor fee also includes a barbecue lunch and cold drinks.

Each exhibitor will be given a batch of Trade Show Admission tickets for distribution to invite engineering, maintenance, operations, purchasing and business personnel from the local community to attend.

Due to high demand for exhibit spaces, registration and payment must be received at the Chamber office by the dates specified below.

SPACE SELECTION & FEE DEADLINES

Electrical power included at no additional cost. Spaces with power are limited and on a first-come first-serve basis.

PRIZES & GIVEAWAYS
Each exhibitor is requested to provide at least one Door Prize ($25 min. value) to be given away during the trade show. Other promotional giveaway items at your exhibit space are also recommended. Chamber staff will announce door prize winners continuously during the trade show and send them to the exhibitor spaces to retrieve prizes.

Lanyard Sponsor $1000 – Includes your logo on trade show name badge lanyards and recognition in print and online promotions.
Break-Out Session Sponsor $1000 –  Includes your logo on signage at the event, and recognition in print and online promotions.
Raffle Sponsor $1000 – Includes your logo on signage at the event, and recognition in print and online promotions.
