About the Event
The Water Environment Association of Texas (WEAT) and TAWWA invite you to join our annual Southeast Texas gathering in support of Water for People.
This event is more than a social night—it’s a meaningful way to contribute to clean water and sanitation initiatives around the world while spending an enjoyable evening with peers in the water community.
Water for People is a global nonprofit committed to bringing accessible, safe water and sanitation to families, schools, and clinics in the communities where they work. Their approach includes driving district-level support, empowering women, hiring local staff, and matching local funding. WEAT’s mission—protecting and enhancing the water environment while nurturing professional growth—aligns closely with this cause.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Support the cause and increase your visibility through event sponsorship. Below are the tiers currently offered:

There are limits on some sponsorship levels (for example, Title Sponsors are capped at three). All sponsors will receive acknowledgment in event materials and in follow-up communications.
Agenda & Format
- 6:00 PM – Doors open, social time, networking
- 6:45–7:45 PM – Program presentation & remarks
- 7:45–8:00 PM – Closing remarks, acknowledgments
- Throughout the evening – beer, refreshments, mingling, and fundraiser activities

- Proceeds go toward the Water for People mission through WEAT fundraising efforts.
