ENTRY FEE: $150.00 per player

Please join other industry leaders in sponsoring the annual API Tennis Tournament to be held October 20, 2025 at The Metropolitan Racquet Club.

Sponsorship funds not only support the Tennis Tournament, but also provide higher education
through endowed engineering scholarships to TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY (College Station
& Kingsville), THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS, TEXAS TECH UNIVERSITY,
LOUISIANA STATE UNIVERSITY and THE UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON.  These
universities have received endowments from API totaling more than $1,000,000.

As a sponsor, API will recognize your company as a leader in supporting an event that
contributes so much to our community. Sponsorships are defined as follows:

Platinum – $2,500.00 minimum
• Automatic entry for (2) 2-man tennis teams
• Company will receive priority positioning of self-provided Company Banner, displayed throughout the tournament
• Company name on Sponsor Display on API website
• (4) “Platinum Sponsor” polo shirts

Gold – $1,000.00 minimum
• Automatic entry for 2-man tennis team
•Company will receive priority positioning of self-provided Company Banner, displayed throughout the tournament

Silver – $500.00 minimum
• Company can display self-provided Banner throughout tournament

Door Prize Sponsor – $100.00 minimum
• Recognition at event as a Sponsor
